A carrier address that actually changes when you ask, and never leaks out of the wrong interface while you are not looking. Everything else is arranged around those two.
The handset drops the radio and reattaches, then the new address is read back from the internet and compared with the old one. A rotation that did not change the address is reported as a failure rather than counted as a success.
Every node pins its own traffic to the SIM. A phone left on office Wi-Fi or plugged into a LAN cannot carry proxy traffic out of the wrong address — and it does not wait for anyone to open an app to start protecting itself.
One connection speaks the protocol your tooling already uses, authenticated with a username and password or an IP allow-list. Credentials and a port are issued the moment the connection is created.
Switched from the console, not the handset. The phone re-signals the proxy and the tunnel, then confirms which family it is actually exiting on before the change is recorded.
Credits, debits, connection charges, refunds, gift cards and promotions each leave a transaction with the balance before and after. No figure on your account changes without a row explaining it.
A platform log covers the account — logins, billing, devices, API calls. Each connection then keeps its own timeline. Debugging one proxy never means reading everyone else's.
Your handsets keep their carrier address. The relay is only the door your customers knock on — pick the one nearest the traffic and the hop disappears.

Relays are added as fleets grow rather than kept idle. If you need an entry point somewhere we do not have one, say so when you ask for access.

The customer console is still being built. When it lands it will show every connection you hold — carrier, signal, egress address, port and status — with rotation, protocol and IP-mode controls on each one.
We would rather show you nothing than show you a picture of something you cannot log into.
Luxur is private. Accounts are created by hand with a starting balance and the plans you have agreed, so there is no queue of sign-ups to vet and nobody lands on your fleet by accident.
Install the Luxur node app on any Android 10 or newer phone, enter the connection id, and walk the short setup once. Under a minute per device, and it comes back by itself after a reboot.
Pick a device, a protocol and an egress mode. Credentials and a port are issued, the balance is charged against the ledger, and the connection reports in.

Luxur runs on account balance. You top up, and connections draw against it — so a device is never cut off mid-job by a declined card.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The balance is credited as soon as the charge settles.

No, and that is deliberate. Luxur is a private platform — an administrator creates the account, sets the opening balance and agrees the plans with you before anything goes live. Ask for access and a person will answer.
Anything running Android 10 or newer. Motorola, Samsung and REVVL handsets are the ones we test first because they are what these fleets are usually built from. No custom firmware is needed, and no root: rotation uses a permission granted once per handset over USB, with root and device-owner deployments supported where you have them.
No. Your devices, your SIMs, your carrier relationships. Luxur is the software and the infrastructure around them — that is the whole point of the model, and it is why the margin stays with you.
Yes. The platform is built for it: connections, balances and logs are separated per account, so you can put customers on your own fleet without them seeing each other or your devices.
The node app and the rotation path work today and are being run against real handsets. The customer console, the billing screens and the public API are still being built, and the pages marked coming soon are exactly that. Nothing on this page is a promise we have not started.
